2023 와이즈에듀디자인랩 미래교육 포럼 두 번째 강연이 ‘공감역량 리더십:듣는 인간(Homo Auditus)탐구’라는 주제로 12월 5일 온라인으로 진행되었다. 이번 주제를 준비한 박인기 경인교육대학교 명예교수는 수강자들에게 듣기의 힘을 재차 강조하며 ‘듣기의 본질’, ‘잘 듣는 학습자’, ‘듣는다의 긍정의 세계관’, ‘듣는 사람의 지혜’ 등의 화두를 던지며, 교육자로서 듣기에 얼마나 적극적이었는지, 듣기의 리더십을 통하여 학습자에 대하여 공감하여 왔는지 성찰하는 기회를 제공하였다.

The second lecture of the 2023 Wise Edu Design Lab Future Education Forum was held online on December 5 under the theme of "Empathy Competency Leadership: Exploring Homo Auditus." Park In-ki, an honorary professor at Kyungin University of Education who prepared this topic, reiterated the power of listening to the students and gave them an opportunity to reflect on how active they were to listen as educators and how they have sympathized with learners through leadership in listening.
